The Joint Venture: How it works...
In 2001, Werner Electric Supply (Wisconsin) and Van Meter Industrial (Iowa) entered into a 50/50 joint venture to purchase what is now known as Werner Electric of Minnesota. While financially we are three distinct companies, we work together to provide customers with the best services and products available, and our suppliers the opportunity to partner with us in the pursuit of continuous and strong market growth.
